I had 4 mini Wagyu patties that have been in the freezer for too long so dinner was sandwiches.
Here’s what went into making the most savoury, moist and tasty grilled meat sandwich
1. Horseradish Aioli with chopped gherkins, English mustard, white wine vinegar and a pinch of sugar.
2. Grilled and toasted bread
3. Pan fried bacon
4. Pan fried Wagyu beef patties
5. Cheddar cheese

Grilling the Bread
I toasted the bread with some butter in a cast iron grill pan.
While it is still hot, I slathered it with the horseradish aioli.

Assembling the sandwich
I assembled the sandwich and topped it off with a slice of cheddar cheese.
It went into a pre heated oven at 200C for 10 minutes.
